Each month, your portfolio is reviewed by one or more industry mentors using a structured rubric. You receive actionable feedback across multiple reviews and a synthesized score, not just one opinion.

The CSI is our proprietary framework that synthesizes multiple reviews into measurable data, tracking creative growth over time through scores, tiers, and a personalized growth plan.

Apply through the mentor application. Reviews take 15 to 20 minutes each, and most mentors commit under two hours a month.

Yes, core portfolio reviews and dashboard access are free for creatives. Agencies and brand partners work on a separate partnership model.
